Imperial Jade Oolong

This is a Jade Oolong from the Dong Ting mountain region of Taiwan. The tea is very aromatic due to a unique solar withering process. After the tea is fired it is then rolled in canvas bags until the tea leaves form tight pearls. The flavor is sweet and smooth with superb complex overtones reminiscent of spring flora. The finest in its class from Taiwan.
