Instructions for Drip Brewer

Tools Needed to Brew:

Drip coffee brewer

Grinder (preferably with burr blades)

Filtered water

Digital scale

Filter (reusable or paper)

Steps for Brewing

1. On a digital scale weigh out 50-55 grams of beans.

2. Use a medium grind for beans.

3. Place filter, either paper or reusable, into brew basket and pour in your ground coffee.

4. Pour filtered water to top of resovoir. Temperature should be between 200-205°.

5. Press start.

6. Enjoy with your favorite mug!

Brazilian Cerrado Minas Gerais is sourced from the Cerrado Mineiro region in the state of Minas Gerais. The region is responsible for 12.7 percent of Brazil’s coffee output. Cerrado Mineiro is also the first region in Brazil to receive Designation of Origin status, giving it similar stature to wine-producing regions. This means that coffee labeled “Cerrado” has to actually come from Cerrado. This coffee possesses a honeyed sweetness, mild, clean acidity with a smooth and creamy body.
