Fresh, quality roasted coffee has a shelf life of approximately 30 days after it has been roasted and packaged.
To guarantee the aromatic integrity and highest possible quality, Vail Mountain coffees are packaged and en route to our customers within 48 hours of roasting.
For optimal results, store opened coffee in an air tight container in a cool, dry environment.
VMCT is positively obsessed with the quality of every cup and wants their consumers to enjoy every sip! So be nice to your beans and do not store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
