A smooth and sweet, light roast coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil. A blend of Yellow and Red Catuai & Mundo Novo.
Colombian Cafisur Cooperative De Caficultores Del Sur Del Tolima
A crisp and bright profile in a velvety body, this blend of Caturra and Catuai is rounded out by kiwi and green apple flavors. The 2021 harvest by Coope Tarrazu was excellent.
Guatemalan - Huehuetenango
From the Huehuetenango region comes this blend of Caturra, Bourbon, and Pache. The delicate notes of citrus enhance the winey berry and dark chocolate finish.
Organic Guatemalan - San Juan Utopia
The Guatemalan state of San Marcos is the source of San Juan Utopia, featuring the combination of Caturra and Bourbon. It sports sparkling citrus notes and a creamy caramel finish.
Nicaraguan Matagalpa Gold
From the Fincas Las Camelias region of Matagalpa, Nicaragua's area famous for coffee tourism comes this bright blend of Yellow and Red Caturra and Bourbon. The lively, winey profile is complimented with cocoa nib and juicy plum.

The dark chocolate and floral finish of Finca Genova are memorable. From the Chiapas region, a combination of Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, and Typica.

An organic offering from Mexico, San Miguel is sourced from a co-op of 700 Chiapas region producers. Bright and sweet, with a herbaceous quality reminiscent of sage.
