Grown in the Bondowoso, on the Ijen Plateau in the eastern part of the Indonesian island of Java. This particular coffee is cultivated on four estates; namely the Blawan, Jampit, Kayumas and Pancoer. The preferred process method is the wet process and fermentation, strictly following UTZ Certified, Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The elevation ranges from 900 to 1,600 meters.

Tasting Notes: This coffee possesses a crisp and tangy acidity and a velvety body. Notes of stone fruits, strawberry and a delightful chocolatey finish.
