From the Indonesian Island of Sulawesi, this coffee is incredibly rich and smooth, with a minimal acidity. The islands coffee producing regions of Tana Toraja, Enrekang, and Mamasa sit at elevations ranging from 1,100- 2,200 masl. The cup profile contains wild notes of dark berries and a syrupy finish.
