Ethiopia FTO Natural Yirgacheffe Swiss Water Process Decaf is sourced from one of the most prized coffee origins in the entire world. Ethiopia is known as being the birthplace of coffee and generations have passed down their well refined farming methods of processing the beans they work so hard to harvest. The Swiss Water Process requires taking the green bean and pre-soaking in water to expand the beans for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffees particular flavor.
