Instructions for Drip Brewer

Tools Needed to Brew:

Drip coffee brewer

Grinder (preferably with burr blades)

Filtered water

Digital scale

Filter (reusable or paper)

Steps for Brewing

1. On a digital scale weigh out 50-55 grams of beans.

2. Use a medium grind for beans.

3. Place filter, either paper or reusable, into brew basket and pour in your ground coffee.

4. Pour filtered water to top of resovoir. Temperature should be between 200-205°.

5. Press start.

6. Enjoy with your favorite mug!

Full-Bodied African Rooibos Tea

This full-bodied African Rooibos herbal tea is produced from the leaf of the Aspalathus Linoaris plant, not the tea plant Camellia Sinensis. Grown only in South Africa, this tea is naturally caffeine-free with black tea qualities and high in both antioxidants and vitamin C.

Rooibos means "red bush" because of the color of its leaves and was first discovered in 1772 by the Swedish botanist Carl Thunberg.

How to Prepare- Based on 8 oz Cup

  1. Measure out 2.5 grams/ 2 tsp of African Rooibos tea.
  2. Boil water until temp reaches 205- 210°.
  3. Steep tea for 5- 7 minutes.
  4. Remove steeped tea leaves.
  5. Enjoy your fresh cup of tea! 
  6. This tea will yield between 4- 5 steeps.
