Instructions for Drip Brewer

Tools Needed to Brew:

Drip coffee brewer

Grinder (preferably with burr blades)

Filtered water

Digital scale

Filter (reusable or paper)

Steps for Brewing

1. On a digital scale weigh out 50-55 grams of beans.

2. Use a medium grind for beans.

3. Place filter, either paper or reusable, into brew basket and pour in your ground coffee.

4. Pour filtered water to top of resovoir. Temperature should be between 200-205°.

5. Press start.

6. Enjoy with your favorite mug!

Yerba Mate

Widely consumed throughout South America, Yerba Mate has a bold and complex taste unlike any other herbal infusion. Yerba Mate contains approximately 85 mg of caffeine per cup, more than traditional tea but less than coffee. The chemical structure of this tea is similar to that of caffeine without typical caffeine side effects. High in vitamins B-1, B-2, A , Riboflavin and 15 types of amino acids. 

How to Prepare- Based on 8 oz Cup

  1. Measure out 2.5 grams/ 2 tsp of Yerba Mate tea.

  2. Boil water until temp reaches 205- 210°.

  3. Steep tea for 5- 7 minutes.

  4. Remove steeped tea leaves.

  5. Enjoy your fresh cup of tea! 

  6. This tea will yield between 4-5 steeps.
